Detailed program of Workshop


Hands-on demonstrations will be run after the regular conference talks. Following setups will be demonstrated:

  • STED microscopy
  • Lipid membrane order sensing
  • Autofluorescence of chlorophyll
  • FLCS and photon antibunching
  • FLIM-FRET with acceptor photo bleaching
  • NAD(P)H quantification in live cells
  • FLIM data analysis
  • ELI – spectroscopy lab
