Methods of reimbursement:
For trainers:
If you are interested to be reimbursed, and you are not a COST member of EuroCellNet COST action, you need to register as a trainer at COST as well as for EuroCellNet action. Before the start of the meeting you will receive an official e-invitation from the COST system which will contain link to submit your claim after the training school.
As a trainer you can get reimbursed for travel costs up to 200 Eur (if this sum is not enough for you to get a return travel flight, please contact alzbeta.marcekchorvatova@ilc.sk), meals (2×20 EUR a day for maximum of 2 days; conference dinner is offered by organizers and cannot be claimed as a meal), accommodation (up to two nights are reimbursed to the amount of 100 EUR a day). For accommodation, we suggest you the Saint Michael pension, or Penzion Patriot, both walking distance to the Training school venue. Please contact the pension by mail at and specify a code FPV UCM in your communication with the hotel.
For trainees:
If you are interested to be reimbursed as a trainee, you need to indicate your interest in the registration form: please apply here and also register at COST:, please apply here. With the beginning of May you will receive an official e-invitation from the COST system, which will contain link to submit your claim after the training school.
As a trainee you can apply for a grant based on following costs:
your travel costs (50 euro for Slovak trainees and (new information) up to the sum 250 Euro for international trainees),
meals (1×20 EUR a day for dinner during 2 days; conference dinner and lunches are offered by organizers and cannot be claimed as a meal), accommodation (up to four nights are reimbursed to the amount 40 EUR a day per person). For accommodation, we arranged for you the student dormitory at the Training school venue.
